The service

We were extremely disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available. Then we were offered early access to a few breakfast items. Oddly the breakfast room was locked with lights off.

Was charged for a room that didnt have everything listed in the description, chair and sofa sleeper were missing in the room.. Hot water didnt get warm in jetted tub..

First room: toilet didnt stop running and the phone didn't work so I went to the desk. Employee was AMAZING. Next room: no hot water for hot tub or shower, door to the room doesn't lock, toilet leaks, sink leaks, furniture was dirty and ripped, bed was horrible. Top 5 WORST hotel experiences ever. Please do better. I expect some if not all of the $ back that was paid for this. I asked for the manager to call me.

Staff was nice, and the hotel was clean.

Very peaceful hotel and area. Best hotel my family and I have stayed at. Breakfast was a 10. And the staff is very nice. Can't wait for my next stay with them.

Overall was a nice stay. Could’ve used some occasional spot cleaning as the elevator floor was relatively dirty. Im guessing that was from people using it all day as we checked in during the evening. In the morning it was being cleaned. Room showed some areas of wear but overall was still in good condition, especially compared to some of the other places I’ve stayed. Whirlpool tub was nice but drain did leak a little but it still worked as it should. They are doing some renovations starting next month per the memo in the elevator. Considering it’s age I felt it was in pretty good condition and very similar to other places I’ve stayed throughout the US.

On the edge if town. No handicap parking on end of building.
