"Comfortable accommodation in the heart of Back Bay/Newbury Street"

The guest house was well located as long as you don’t mind being in a busy neighborhood. They did offer parking behind the guest house, which was very helpful, though came with an extra fee. The room itself was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff was very nice. There was some chaos in the lobby as they were in the process of painting it which we were notified of when we were on our way there. The place wasn’t cheap, but given the location, it was not unreasonable.

In the heart of Newbury street - we had a front facing bay room and could hear all the things from a busy street of outdoor restaurants - but was remarkably quiet after 11 pm (weeknight) - rooms are small but functional - easy parking which we appreciated and fabulous coffee

"Lovely spot for our Boston weekend!"

The location was a perfect to spend time with our adult daughter and take in the sights of Boston. The hotel was quiet, and the room was spacious. Everyone on staff was so helpful. This will definitely be our base of operations for future visits to Boston!

Spacious and clean rooms with daily service. Very good restaurant located downstairs. Nice staff.

Hallways, stairways and common carpet were “tired” and in need of investment. Average shower head.
