"Amazing"

We had an amazing stay at Newbury Guest House, in my opinion the ideal place to stay in Boston. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location in Back Bay is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston!

"Misleading photos on website"

Extremely disappointed. We were expecting a boutique experience from the photos on the website. Unfortunately it did not deliver. The carpet throughout hotel was in shocking condition, guesthouse grubby and in need of major renovation. Rooms very basic and tight and nothing like pictures. Upside / very pleasant staff and excellent location. Not good value. Family of 5 travelled and stayed for 3 nights

"Phenomenal room and location"

Location was phenomenal. Walk to everything. Room was a comfortable size for 2. Bed was extremely comfortable. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was a bonus. Room was ready when we got here a little early. Will definitely be coming back for another visit

"Incredible stay at Newbury Guest House"

Incredible location! Beautiful view! Wonderful staff! So helpful and courteous. This was our first trip to Boston and I’m so glad we stayed here. Wonderful hotel. Clean, quiet, and beautiful!

"Great stay and location"

The location of Newbury Guesthouse was perfect for our visit. There are excellent restaurants everywhere, and even though Newbury is a popular and busy street, we didn’t hear any noise. But what stood out most to me was the staff. They were exceptional and went above and beyond if we asked anything. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.
