Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

I definitely enjoyed staying here. It is a pretty resort. The food is unbelievable. Be sure to check out the French restaurant as it is the best. The staff are very helpful. The biggest thing is I am a beach person. And the beach is very very rocky. They have a clear it out area. But still there’s rocks in there. The nightly entertainment was below what I’ve been used to it other resorts. The bar staff in the VIP section were absolutely awesome.

Just returned from an excellent stay at Dreams Tulum. Quality of service, accommodation, food, etc. was fantastic. Enjoyed wandering around exploring the beautiful gardens, and loved the sprawling Spanish style of the resort. Highly recommend this resort. Unfortunately the current sargassum issue and rough seas restricted ocean activities. That's mother nature!

This resort was probably very good in its day. The staff is great, the food is good. The amenities are tired. Beds uncomfortable. Beach chairs are uncomfortable.

We just returned from a great stay at Dream's Tulum with another couple. We paid extra for Preferred but were not really overwhelmed with the Preferred stay at this resort. We didn't think our check in person provided us with much resort info, just saying download the app. Didn't show us where anything was, etc. Our room location was absolutely great and they put us next door to the other couple with us, which was a plus. There was no preferred pool here, only a preferred beach but the seaweed was so bad we didn't even sit at the beach or get into the water. The bathrooms by the pool were kept clean. Did find the resort to be a bit dated, maybe needing some repairs. The entertainment staff, (Victor, Erikk, Jared, Ruby, Ronnie, Ricky) were great. Pool aerobics were fun. We went to a guacamole making class and a tortilla making class. Both of these were a lot of fun. Loved the Italian restaurant, Portofino. We also enjoyed the buffet.

This Resort is really nice & clean with friendly staff. The food was better then I expected & entertainment was really good. We had a great time at this resort & would definitely come back again.

This was such an amazing experience! So good for kids, families and our elderly grandpa! The entertainment was amazing and they me all the needs of our 11 year old and our daughter with specific diet needs! Dreams Tulum... You made us really feel special. We will be back! ♥️

Loved our vacation. It was amazing! The staff went beyond the call of duty to make us feel at home. Always greeted with a smile. Food: plenty of options and always fresh and tasty. Rooms were clean, as were the facilities. Would have appreciated other guests following the guidelines around smoking and vaping. In addition, parents should also keep eyes on their children: many children were running around unsupervised.

This resort was perfect for us. Smaller which is nice for me as I use a wheelchair at times. Rooms were great, very clean and nice. At times it was noisy, employees pushing carts etc, inside and outside. Most of the staff were amazing. A few of the concierges were not. Food was amazing. The beach wasn't great. Alot of seaweed. Couldn't really swim. No snorkling at resort, had to do an excurtion.

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Tulum. The first thing that stands out is the beach. The sand is beautiful, the water colors are amazing, and it’s one of the nicest beaches we saw in the area. The resort itself has a lovely hacienda-style design, which gives it a lot of charm and personality compared to many generic all-inclusive hotels. It feels very Mexican and authentic. Another thing we really appreciated is the size of the resort. It’s not overly huge but it still feels spacious, open, and airy, with plenty of room to walk around and relax without feeling crowded. The food was also a great surprise. Many resorts tend to adapt everything to Western tastes, but here the cuisine felt more authentic and varied, with plenty of Mexican flavors and good diversity between restaurants. Overall, a very pleasant resort combining beautiful beach, charming architecture, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere. A great option if you want an all-inclusive in Tulum that still feels local and not overly massive. Perfect spot from which you can explore the region.
