"Perfect Trip!"

This was my boyfriend and I’s first time at an all-inclusive resort together. We had a great time relaxing by the pool and on the beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything! What really made this trip so fun for my boyfriend and I was the entertainment team! Between relaxing we participated in fun activities put on by Ronny, Erick, and Jared. Our fave activities were aqua aerobics class and dance class! We had so much fun with this team of people. On Silent Disco Night, Ronny led a bunch on line dancing which my boyfriend and I loved! The food was to be expected for an all-inclusive resort. Drinks forever flowing! My favorite to order over the trip was a passion fruit mojito. I also highly recommend booking Amstar for shuttle services! They were easy to spot at the airport and I didn’t have to worry about taxi services

"Dreams Tulum"

Gilda was amazing. She was our server at Portofino for breakfast and was wonderful. The staff everywhere at the resort was so friendly and helpful. We did notice less staff than in the past, but all had a smile and beautiful outlook. We are wondering if the had to cut back on staff for preferred club services as there were generally less. We would also like to thank Edwin at the preferred club beach bar for his exceptional customer service and personality.
