Courtyard by Marriott London

Hotel was fine. Hard to judge due to Covid and everything near lockdown in Canada. Only issue was the parking lot had two big lakes in it from the rain, see the photo

The property was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful every time we requested extra towels. The only problem was the flooding in the parking lot which took up a lot of parking spaces. We expected them to fix it right away, however, the water was there for our stay.

More than 3 pillows for a king sized bed would be nice. Bed a bit hard too. Loved the little lounge sofa for watching tv. Also really liked having Starbucks coffee in the morning.

The room was great.

Was clean and a descent price

Parking lot was a disaster, huge pools of water and pot holes. A warzone looks better.

Breakfast wasn't included as stated..fire alarm issues were annoying..just overall prob wouldn't stay here again

The hotel is quite dated even though it was clean. The beds are very soft. Some of the staff was very nice and accommodating - others not so much.

The fitness center was not yet set-up which was disappointing. Also the pool condition was not ideal - water was cloudy. On-site breakfast was minimal. Rooms though were very nice and the entire facility was nice & new.

The lounge chair was notcomfortable. It was too large to sit in
