Courtyard by Marriott London

First of all I dont know why the email came to me in Spanish???!!!! But I can tell you that i am mire than disappointed in this place and that is for so many reasons. 1- check in is at 3 pm we arrived at 2:25 , the front office was checking a couple ahead of us. So i stood in line, when my turn came , yhe gentleman (name startes with A) told me it was too early for me to check in and i have to wait till 3 pm . I stated getting the luggage then i noticed he checkwd in the group of people who came after me. When i asked him why were they allowed to check in early and i have to wait the amswer was "YOU PAID STANDARD ROOM SO YOU WAIT, THESE PEOPLE PAID FOR SUITS " So i was humiliated! 😢 2- I asked for 2 cribs 10 days before checking in and i got a confirmation ... surprise i got 1 crib after waiting for more than 6 hours and one of babies slept on the floor. If i was told i would have brought my own crib 😥😭😭 3- talking about understaffed ... management needs to check its policy , if you are accepting 100 customers make sure you have wnough staff or else dont book Talking about cleaning ... HORRIBLE . THE HALL WAY SMELLED. The room was clean , but that's what i could see with my eyes. We checked in on Saturday and left on monday and the pictures below shows the garbage... they were left in the whole way for the whole stay

I liked that there were a lot of outlets to charge my electronics I liked that the tv was set up to allow me to log into my own streaming accounts without using a casting device The sheets were clean and bright white The tv was a nice large size The fridge, microwave etc were well organized and not cluttered

Location was perfect - 1st hotel off 401 exit 187/ Exeter Rd. Lots of parking with smooth check-in. Good room at a good price. Only negative was the rather noisy AC unit that kept kicking in.

The property was fine for my purpose The only thing was their were three adults and not enough towels for us

Accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable room. I will return.

Staff was lovely and fabulous. Front Desk was great as was patio service. But room was dirty, did not have a fridge, two towels, opened pull out couch and looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. Full failure on cleanliness

Love the 55 inch tv, great room. Only two towels in the room which is an odd standard.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Easy to find parking and nice staff
