"Comfortable but needs Maintenance!"

The carpets and lobby were nice! The rooms we nice but a bit dated! Not bad though!

You could tell they needed a good maintenance man! Lights were hanging outside under the carport and the pool may have been inside but was small but freezing! Was not heated like advertised but my husband liked it anyways lol. When sitting on the toilet you could see around the top rim of the sink and that it’s not been cleaned!! Hard to see from the standing position! The Continental breakfast was ok! The eggs all 3 days were awful! But had a few different options. Overall the breakfast was about a 4 on a scale out of 10! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

TVs didn’t work. The most uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Need to give credit to Riley, he was so helpful and did his best to make things right.

The area around this hotel was very nice. Convenient. Property appeared to be short staffed. I waited in line (behind one person) for 30 minutes to check in only to be told my room was not available. I was told they were working on it and check back in 15-20 minutes. 5 other people came in to check in, so I hopped back in line so would not be delayed. The 5 others in front of me rooms were also not available. Got back to front of line another 40 minutes later to be told our room was still not ready. Left for our engagement, unable to get ready. Had to check in to hotel around 10 pm at this point and waited in line again another 20 minutes. Room was clean. The rest of the inside of the hotel was not clean.
