Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Springdale

No hot water to shower. The beds were very uncomfortable and the air conditioner had a light of some type that in the dark it was like strobe lights on ceiling.

It was very quiet even though it’s near the highway

Check-in was awkward. No internet service??? Finally was asked to put all Credit Card info on a piece of paper for them to enter in later.... Did not feel secure. Also Internet was spotty for the rest of the night. Unable to do online work.

Hotel was clean and parking was free.

Carlos at check in and through out our visit was not personable and wasn't very helpful. All other staff members were good. On the 3rd day we had to go ask for our room to be serviced, Was advised they do this every other day. However, we were not on the list on the 3 day either. The indoor pool temperature was extremely chilly , non heated and not even enjoyable. The spa /Hot tube doesn't exsist.

Not taking care of rooms and equipment, poor cleaning facilities.

Great location near the ballpark! Comfortable beds, nice small gym. Very tiny pool but clean.

Breakfast was less than desirable - minimal options - no yogurt, milk, only had gluten free oatmeal, no bacon, sausage, no waffle maker or toast - disappointing to say the least Coffee was completely out during breakfast - took 20 plus minutes for refill and pretty sure they only offered decaf - had a horrible headache all day

Accommodations were ok, breakfast looked awful. We went to McDonald’s. Service was terrible. We booked a double bed room and they gave us a king bed instead. Said they’d switch it the next day and didn’t. We were in town for my son n laws open heart surgery. We needed the extra bed for our pregnant daughter. Ended up having to book an extra room.

The place was very clean. Carlos checked us in and went above standard to have us feel comfortable. He did all the things to make us feel at home. Thank you, Carlos!

We did not swim and glad we didn't. The pool is very small and the water was cloudy.
