USUSUSWe reserved 2 beds for our family of three but they moved us to a 1 king room because 2 beds were sold out. Asked for a roll out bed and they didn’t have, extra pillow, they didn’t have, said he’d have to sleep on floor and nothing they could do about it or give discount. Very disappointed.

USBeautiful clean room. Excellent location. Nice complimentary breakfast. It was nice to have access to hot chocolate and teas throughout the day. Nice common area. Price was fair in comparison to other high end hotels in the area. Appreciate having safe covered parking for our vehicle.
Parking was expensive and quite a walk to get to. However, much appreciated to have safe covered parking.
