We came as a group . The Jacksonville jazz society to attend the French Quarter festival.. The location was perfect.The staff are amazing Especially the Managers Ray and Daphane. The bellman Jeffrey greeted the group with a smile and professionalism. The front desk staff Nyqeille was there each day to meet every need. And Ms Toni and Juan the breakfast staff was on point and very helpful as to what we needed to eat in town with outstanding options. The room was a nice size and very comfortable

Rooms are really cold. I left my AC off during my whole stay and it was perfect for me.

Room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Fitness suite shouldn’t be advertised as a facility for the hotel, the staff don’t know where it is! Customers need to be aware that it is half a mile away, in a mall, on the top floor with no signage. Not great to promote when we booked thinking it would be an option. Breakfast was average and the same every day.
