USUSCOUSI had a horrible experience with this hotel. I was give an interior room when I did not reserve one, the ft desk was very unhelpful to change our room. Th process took over two hours and she was very rude. It was after checking and none of the rooms were cleaned and our room was dirty, light bulbs were out and they didn’t clean the room until After 5 pm I reported this issue to corp And no response. There are other hotels that are much better with friendly staff. I do not recommend this hotel
