"Decent, not great. Staff, though, was very pleasant and helpful."

Breakfast was good -- standard. Size of room was good, though not as nicely appointed as other Residence Inns we've stayed at.

The pull-out sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. The TV selection was limited, and no guide function was available. You had to cycle through channels to find anything, and the channels were pretty limited.

"We love staying here, but wish the pool would be warmer. especially since there isn’t a whirlpool."

Breakfast is great. Staff is always pleasant. Love the location.

The temperature of the pool water and pool area in general. Second visit since the pool was completed and feel it is too cold to swim.

Good location, near a cute restaurant and bar. Clean rooms and a good breakfast buffet.

Wifi was out both days I was there, and I had planned to work remotely. Instead, I left my family at the hotel and went to a coffee shop. The staff was friendly and tried to help, but I did not receive a discount on my room even though there was no wifi.

"Disappointing rooms but good customer service."

The staff was nice and they upgraded us to a larger room for the trouble.

The hotel TV's were not working. Which normally would have been fine, but my daughter was sick, so we were staying in. They moved us to another, larger room. This was a nice effort, but the same issue happened with the TV's in that room and in this room-the sofa bed was fillthy and looked like it had not been cleaned under or in the sofa bed itself for quite awhile. Cleaniliness of rooms needs work and the TV's need fixed. We were only able to get 5 stations and they were new stations. Staff was apologetic about both room TV issues and stated it was a hotel wide issue that weekend.
