Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Collins

Spacious

Construction left the side door open that went right up to my room. No key needed into the building. The door was secured a little after dark.

The place was clean, very outdated. Needs a drastic remodel.

The cleaning staff was lacking. On check-in the bedding was dirty and I had dried blood on one of my pillows. One of the other customers was actually yelling outside the building to get someone’s attention. Then he came inside the building I was staying in and continued yelling. I informed him that there were other residents in the building that did not appreciate his yelling. Then the elevator door closed and I didn’t know what happened. That was my check-in experience.

Excellent value and overall experience

One friendly staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful location.

Floor and underneath pull out couch was very dirty with wrappers and food on floor. We couldn’t get a late checkout despite it not being busy and being members for over 20 years!

Loved the area, clean and quiet. Staff was great. They had a bbq area and they have the bbq tools you can use.

The toilets clogged very easily. We had to ask for a plunger

The separate bedrooms, and the kitchenette.

The shower floor was slippery.

Excellent room size.

Scarcity of restaurants nearby - no facility for an evening meal without driving. Breakfast quality poor.

I Liked the pool

The water pressure in the kitchenette faucet was very low, almost unusable

Clean room, quiet and great breakfast with good attendants keeping food area clean & stocked.
