Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Collins

The staff was very friendly. The room had a full kitchen which was nice, the air condition worked really well. Beds were comfortable. I’m not sure if room was cleaned after last guests, food crumbs in kitchen drawers, soap containers in shower empty. Extra blanket in closet was dirty. Breakfast buffet offered every morning was not bad. . When we return to Fort Collins in the future, I don’t think this property would be on my list

We booked a week at this hotel for a price almost $300/night. When I checked in at the hotel, the front desk lady told us that they DON’T do daily cleanings for the room. They could do room cleaning for ONLY one day during our entire 7-day stay. We were totally shocked to hear this, as this is a Marriot franchise. When we asked them if we could request cleaning on some of the days, the answer was NO. When we asked if they could just collect the room garbages for us, the answer was still NO. The front desk lady even told us that we could use the dumpster outside the hotel building to dump the garbages ourselves. Also, we had to bring our used towels downstairs EVERYDAY to exchange for clean towels. This is definitely the worst ever experience for us! Save your money for other places where they could at least do room cleanings for you!

This is my third stay here, and it is always a very comfortable, quiet and friendly spot. The two bedroom suite is great for traveling with family, and we appreciate the dog-friendly environment. We will be back!

Great location. It was a $15 uber ride to downtown. Easy access to get on and off the freeway. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fine. It was a pretty typical hotel breakfast, but the breakfast area was also kept clean.

Great location and wonderful staff. However the rooms are tired and need major updating.

The night shift gal was great. I arrived late and was tired and she gave me some water. The first room I was given was at the end of the hall, small and looked like no one had stayed there in a long time. The phone was unplugged and there was a dead roach n the bathroom. I called down and was offered the option to have the roach cleaned up or move rooms. I moved rooms. The second room was much better but had no hangers. The temperature of the room was a little difficult to keep at a constant temperature. I also had to hold down the handle of the toilet in order for it to flush.. The TV channels had static on some of them.

Very much appreciated an open ended stay while dealing with a dying loved one at hospital very close by.

Great room, lovely king size bed and separate living room.

Pool was under renovation and the pet charge that came through on the credit card was higher than outlined in the pet agreement.
