We had to leave. The room temp was 85 and rising Even though staff said the AC would be fixed after two hours it was not. At 10:30pm we checked out. Staff seemed ill prepared to handle difficult situations and gave little more than lip service and did nothing to actually fix the problem. Several other guests were also complaining of toilet issues, no towels in the rooms and poor housekeeping. Would not recommend.

Clean room but air didn't work and fireplace had been being repaired and not put back together.

First room had full bathtub, broken window and tools left by workman. Second room door had quarter inch gap and broken glass in dishwasher. No breakfast available. Will not stay here again.

At a quick glance it looks nice. But as you look closer you realize it isnt very clean and not wlll put together and the staff likes to prop locked doors with rocks. The room description said hot tub but it didnt exist. There was supposed to be complementary breakfast but there is not.

The room preparation was a bit disappointing. There were no tissues in the bathroom, no paper towels in the kitchen, and the toilet paper roller was missing. The previous guests left behind some cereal and a cup. The dishwasher was not loaded properly and there were few clean plates, glasses of silverware available until we washed them. The temperature was set to 74 and the batteries in the environmental control were dying making it difficult to adjust.

Cleanliness was not up to par. Rust spot in bathtub looked very suspicious.

The kitchen sink was clogged up, no garbage bin. Only one bath towel in the room, coffee brewer does not function. Otherwise is ok.

My room was clean and very spacious.

Great extended stay room, it's nicely furnished and the bed is comfortable. Bad pard is, it was a little undirty in the kitchen area when i checked in with dishes and a coffee pot full of oil. The floors really dod need a deeper clean. And my fridge had alot of dents in there
