I booked a room with trip and there was no rooms
Checked in but didn’t stay. The room had so many live and dead bugs in it that we checked out in the middle of the night and found a new, clean hotel to stay at. This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever checked in at. Was told they would refund me the full amount but can’t get them to email a receipt
The artwork on the wall was beautiful, personal, and unique. The rooms were laid out well and the staff very accommodating. Very quiet and peaceful stay.
The property is old and needs attention. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious.
Friendly hotel. Noisy. Located near a railroad track and noisy trains ran 24/7. Not good place for sleeping. Won’t stay there again
The facility was dirty. Our room had stains on the couch and couch pillows. Misc garbage on the floor in plain sight. The shower floor was extremely dirty. The coffee table had a sticky substance on it. There were dirty clothes in the top drawer of dresser. My 12 year old son and I checked out immediately, only to find the desk clerk sitting at a desk off of the lobby with his bare feet up on the desk. I will be contacting Expedia to request a refund. I will never stay at a Best Western again.
This was a very bizarre stay. The whole placed wreaked of marijuana and it circulated through the ventilation system. It was hard to find someone to check in and then there was no bedding for my daughter even though she was on reservation. When we left in the morning, there was nobody at front desk to check us out.
The room was large and spacious. I stayed here because it’s pet friendly and sometimes pet friendly hotels aren’t super clean but this was not the case with Best Western. The room was really comfortable and there is no evidence of any pets in the room from previous days. My only issue is with check out. It took forever for them to check in another couple so I stood there waiting for 20 minutes when all I really had to do was turn in my key. I wish they had a faster checkout process. The breakfast wasn’t that great, they did have yogurt and oranges which was nice but the pastries or like something you’d buy at 7-Eleven.
The room we stayed in was obviously not cleaned. The bath tub drain backed up to inches of water while showering. We killed a large bug. There were several long black hairs in the bathroom upon arriving. When we turned back the sheets to get into bed they were covered in short black curly hairs and there was a large yellow mark on the sheet. We packed up our belongings and went to another hotel. I feel bad because I believe they’re short staffed but this room had very obviously not been cleaned.
If I had known my room would be next to a railroad track where trains zoomed by during the day and during the night, I would never have stayed here or I would have insisted on a room in the front. The room was grand, the bed was great. I need my sleep and several trains making the room vibrate plus the noise...well---not a good rest.
