Place was okay. Good enough for a nice long sleep
Our first room that they gave us had lots of dirty linens in the front closet, a whole pile to be exact, then in the second room they put us in we woke up to a crumpled up plastic bag that was from plastic cups, in our bed with us!! We did not have any plastic cups! The people that worked there was nice, but they need housekeepers that will actually CLEAN up and they should make sure they do. We should of gotten a full refund! People are getting way too sick for the rooms to not be properly cleaned. It was a special occasion for us we were celebrating my Birthday and that was ruined all because of uncleanliness.
This property was terrible. The pipes had burst therfore the ceiling was partially ripped open. There was installation all over the floors in the main hallways no effort made to clean. The rooms were filthy. The vents blew dirt all over the rooms and beds. There is no one at the front desk after 1 am. The person was locked out of their room and had to sleep in the lobby until 7 am when staff arrived.
Hallway smelled like pot smoke. Carpets not vacuumed. Fingernail clipping and bits of plastic on the floor. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Bathtub looked terrible missing half the glazing. Ice machine broken. At 7PM I told the front desk we weren’t comfortable and wanted to leave. He said because I had checked in 4 hours earlier, I could not have a refund. We decided to leave anyway and drove home.
Only good thing about this property was it was not busy and now we know why
I stayed on the first floor and when you look at the ceiling in the hallway there was mold forming and also on the floor. You can also smell the mold in the room. The room was dirty and there was a hole in the bathroom door. The shower water wasn’t hot at all and the pool wasn’t working. The staff was amazing but they need to work on reconstruction on the building
Dirty, no service between specific hours, no fresh towels and cleanings, weird bugs, stains, dust, ac didn’t work
Seems like a a nice enough place for an extended stay. Family friendly. The nearby railroad was a bit noisy but tolerable.
Sunny was excellent with dealing with my issues I had while I stayed there and he was just amazing and understanding.
Had a family arguing very loudly in the lobby for over 10 minutes until finally the desk clerk told them to be quiet. The breakfast was yogurt and bananas. My first room was smoking (when I requested non-smoking) and the door did not shut or lock properly. I was then moved to another room that the floor was not clean and the fridge had food in it.
