Advertised as a 24/7 property but arrived late and they wanted to charge me double. So i never got a room and stayed at holiday inn

I stayed for three nights for work. The owner was very nice and the room was fine, clean, though there was no soap in the shower. The Spa was super awesome and well run. I would stay there again for sure.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! For the price it was an excellent option for us. The room was bigger than any we’ve seen around. There were 2 pools and a hot tub that we thoroughly enjoyed. The place is dated and has some oddities, but it was a great stay at the low price!

"Disappointment"

We checked-in the hotel on 05/04/2025. The lobby was dirty, long black hair on the counter. Breadcrumbs at the breakfast area and sticky surface. When we opened the door to our room a man and a dog jumped off the bed. The front desk had no record about the check-in. We canceled the reservation expedia refund us. Checked in to Holiday Inn across the street and that was clean and safe.

Opened the door and Room smelt so bad we turned around and walked out! Not staying here! The grounds were so unkept too, It felt like the Bates motel! Then turned in key tried to get money back and Expedia won’t get it refunded! Such compete ripoff and bad business practice not to help out when a property on their site is unacceptable. Thanks for no support Expedia! a bad customer service experience, wasted time and loss of money! I can’t believe this property is even available on Expedia! avoid!
