Champneys Springs

We had an outstanding dining experience at Champneys Springs. The food was not only beautifully presented and full of flavour, but also had a real focus on fresh, healthy ingredients, making it feel both indulgent and nourishing at the same time. What truly made the evening special was the service. Massimo was an exceptional waiter—attentive, friendly, and effortlessly professional—while Catrina gave us a warm welcome and set the tone perfectly as host. Together they made the whole experience feel relaxed, polished, and genuinely memorable. Highly recommended.

I have been a number of times before. Lovely ground room over looking the gardens. The pool and spa areas were empty when I arrived. So managed to get double bed to relax on great time in hydro pool and a lovely swim. Evening meal in the restaurant and both Catrina and Massimo were lovely attentive chatty provided advice and recommendations on the menu Service was quick food gorgeous and just lovely service I had been before but these two really are amazing so friendly smiley and happy to help. Will be back again in June but breakfast and lunch still to look fwd to

I visited with my friend and enjoyed two wonderful nights stay at Springs. I have coeliac disease and was looked after so well at our meal times by Catrina and Massimo. They understood how important it was to me to know that the food was safe for me to eat. Excellent service, thankyou

Had a lovely experience at Champneys Springs. The staff have been very welcoming and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Catrina in the restaurant especially, has been very kind and we had a lovely meal during our stay.

The location is beautiful and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. We had complimentary upgrade to our room which was a lovely surprise as well as an upgrade to premier dining one evening and a complimentary gift left in our room, all of which were such a nice touch and much appreciated. The some of the food and drink at breakfast and lunch time ran out and we had to ask for refills. There was no orange juice at all and we were left waiting for coffee for ages. I’d like to mention Lewis on reception, who was extremely helpful when I requested an extension lead he kindly brought it straight to my room, which was much appreciated. There was a lady walking around in her swimming costume in the lunch time dining room which was totally inappropriate and no one asked her to put her robe on. Towels in the swimming pool need to be larger. Lucy G in the restaurant was also absolutely lovely. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience special and is a real credit to your team. The rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, although I understand this may already be in the pipeline. The wardrobe had several hangers that were broken and grouped together, which caused clothes to crease. There was very limited plugs on our room which made it very difficult to charge our electrical items. A fridge in the room would also be a great addition to enhance the overall stay. Overall, a lovely experience with some great staff who really make a difference.

Whilst at Champneys Springs we were hosted by Lucy G in the restaurant and she was very polite, attentive and efficient and made our dining experience all the more enjoyable.
