I had a clarinet rebalancing massage with Lana. I can honestly say it’s the best treatment I’ve had in years, anywhere. Her care, skill and knowledge were amazing. Thank you Lana. I’m walking with level hips!

Restaurant was amazing, we were looked after by Massimo & Catrina and they both did a superb job. The food was fantastic we had steaks and they were cooked to perfection thank you “Monaj”.

I visited here recently for a solo trip given to me as a birthday gift, previously went for a day spa a few years ago too. I had no problems finding parking when I arrived. On arrival I received dressing gown and flipflops and a champneys bag. I went to the bar where I had a welcome breakfast which consisted of coffee, tea, croissants, muffins and fruits. it all tasted nice. I then went to the spa changing room and initially had a problem with locking the locker with the band but I moved my stuff to another locker and managed to lock that one. There is not many places for private changing in the changing room and you only have little changing spaces in some of the corners near the lockers. Changing room has showers with shower gel and shampoo, hairdryers and towels, there is also a women's only steam room and sauna inside the changing room. I went through the spa area and there is a good sized pool with a jacuzzi which is the same temperature of the pool - Pool was warm enough. There is another sauna which is unisex. There is a hydrotherapy pool which is really warm which water jets all around - I enjoyed this and spent a long time in there. The surrounding pool areas are not very big and there is not a lot of seating so you would struggle is it is busy, there are some beds but they are all quite close together which wasn't to my liking so I just sat on a deckchair the other side of the pool and that was comfortable enough for me. I took part in the aqua Zumba which was great fun and a real workout and later the aqua fit which is a bit more slow paced. Lunch in the restaurant was okay but the food wasn't very hot. I was expecting a few sandwiches though to be honest so was surprised it was a proper meal. You can get water but have to ask if you want a different drink as they won't come to you to ask, you can always go to the bar just outside to get a drink too. Puddings were not to my particular liking, I had the coconut rice pudding which was okay but as a chocolate person it didn't fully meet my liking. There was some shops with overpriced lotions and other tat. Overall , I enjoyed my day and as a not very posh person I liked it but if you are looking for super luxury and posh it is not for you.

Just had a lovely meal in the Champneys Springs restaurant, I was served by Charlotte G who was friendly and attentive but not at all intrusive, sadly could not leave a tip but I hope she’s rewarded in some way for providing such excellent service! :)

I had a wonderful evening meal at Champneys Springs Hotel. A special mention to Massimo and Catrina, who were fantastic hosts—warm, attentive, and made the experience feel truly personal. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening. I’d happily return and highly recommend it.
