Great service- special mention to Catrina who really made every effort to improve our stay.

I took my daughter for her birthday what a fabulous day from start to finish Catherine found out it was her birthday and brought a happy birthday cake platter over and a gift such a special touch thank you so much memories to last forever we will be back ❤️

We have had a relaxing day in Champneys Spring. We are regular customers, we do like an atmosphere, professional staff. Staff are excellent, special mention to Catrina in the coffee shop. She always welcome us with a big smile. She is an asset to this place. Excellent value for money. The food is always delicious, all the staff are super-friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended

What an amazing location for the perfect atmosphere, spa facilities and treatments. The rooms are very comfortable and we had our own small outdoor patio area with table & chairs. The staff were all amazing from the moment we stepped through the door into the reception area. Special thanks to Carol the General Manager who constantly checked that everything was going smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Thanks also to Massimo, Catriona, Alice and the whole team who looked after our group throughout the weekend.

Spa facilities were dated & crowded. Not enough sunbeds/deck chairs. Mixed sauna fitted 6 people. Only steam rooms in the changing rooms. Very disappointing would not revisit!

What a wonderful few days at Champneys. Staff could not do enough for us especially Carol and her staff Catrina, Massimo and many others. Nothing was too much trouble. Can’t wait for next year.

We had a lovely stay this weekend. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were lucky to have fantastic weather, so everyone was outside enjoying the sunshine, which meant the spa was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed the spa facilities, and the hotel itself is very open with plenty of space to relax. The food was lovely, from the fresh lunch buffet with a great choice of options, to the evening meal. We were kindly upgraded for my birthday and looked after by Carina, who made our evening feel extra special. Breakfast was lovely too. All of the staff were polite, attentive, and helpful – we couldn’t have asked for better service, thank you. We left feeling very relaxed, which was exactly what we wanted from a spa weekend. It was my partner’s first spa break, and he is now completely converted to how enjoyable they can be. The only small negative was that some of the rooms could do with a little TLC and updating. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to booking again.

My friend and I visited this champneys resort for 2 nights package...from arriving early on the Thursday the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly explained everything so well...the room was ok, clean everything we needed was there and we had a balcony which in the amazing weather we had, was well used . The food was amazing and on our last night we had an upgrade for dinner, was a lovely surprise, the service in the restaurant and bars was absolutely faultless, special thanks to catrina shes a credit to your company...I had a fantastic facial from Ella very knowledgeable and friendly it was fabulous. When making the booking I thought I had ordered and paid for afternoon tea, when checking my booking online it didn't show online on my account,so I assumed I hadn't completed it....we had a phone call saying we were late ,..after speaking to reception Mia kindly credited myself with the amount I paid...shes also a star....the online booking account is very misleading and didn't show me what was included in my booking...but a fantastic experience ,treatment and service we will definately be back...thankyou Lizzie carroll room 27

The resort is in a great setting (like any others of Champneys). The spa is missing the hair dresser but otherwise have a wide variety of treatments. The food is amazing. First night I was served by Catrina and Alice and they made my dining experience like I was a royalty.
