Courtyard by Marriott Saratoga Springs

no TV told no other rooms available to be moved found out in the morning there was other rooms

Great property . Convenient as chess tournament was being held at the property . Very helpful and friendly staff . Recommend it

We had breakfast one morning at the courtyard cafe. It was excellent but a little over priced.

Being on the top floor. Kindness of the employees.

Shower did not work, poor internet connection, tv did not operate properly

This hotel is currently under construction/renovation, and I knew that when I booked. Despite some dust and typical construction stuff, this was a great stay. I needed some help with packages as some samples were being shipped for a meeting, and the front desk was very accommodating in letting me know as soon as it arrived, as well as holding samples for me that a client returned. My first room was not cleaned, and it was an easy switch to a clean room. Everyone was very friendly, especially the evening Bistro attendant. I would definitely stay here again. Location is great for easy access to the northway and downtown Saratoga.

It cold and snowing could not see

Pool was in the middle of reconstruction and was not notified. The bathroom was dirty and stained. The room did not have all the amenities listed online.
