Room was large and nice set up

Not enough overhead lights or lights in general

The tub had some unsightly brown stains. I spoke with the manager Steve who told me it was from the workers who did the renovation and that it was unsightly but safe. I also informed the front desk that the curtains in the room were near impossible to open and close. No response. When the curtain handle rod broke off, I simply turned it into the front desk. No response. Poor customer service all around.

our shower was not clean several hairs where left on the shower walls and draining area. We asked for a blanket which they said that someone would bring but never received it

The location wasn't centrally located, but because we had a car it didn't matter.

The heating when it came on, it sounded like a steam ship. It was very noisy.

Everything was great except temperature control in room.

The weekend stay is quite costly, and there is no daily cleaning service or fresh towels provided. Additionally, you have to pay extra for the internet, which is honestly not very good.
