Courtyard by Marriott Saratoga Springs

Room was so so, First room I had was not clean bedding looked like someone just slept in it and tub was dirty also door did not lock correctly rm 309

Could not watch Sunday Night Football, their provider does't have the station. Not good for a $300 a night room

Very nice room, easy access and clean.

When booking the property through booking.com I was given a final total due at site, when arrived the charge was $20 more for a “room fee”. I was not authorized the additional fee since I didn’t know about it ahead of time through my work. Also the smoke alarm had a very very bright flashing light that kept me up all night- it was so bright (every 6 seconds or so), that I could actually see with my eyes closed!- the lady at the front desk said I should put a bandaid over it… when I check iin I asked about having dinner, and the restaurant site is not apparently open on weekends, the website doesn’t mention this and the paper at the desk didn’t mention this either.

This is the very first review I’v EVER written. There are SO many great hotels in Saratoga Springs and I’ve stayed in most of them. Suffice it to say, stay away from this hotel. You’ll thank me for it. Even if you pay a little more at another hotel. The staff is rude and the rooms have been renovated with cheap uncomfortable furniture, it is also understaffed so if you have an issue with your TV, the air conditioning or heating, or need an extra blanket, there is no night staff to help. There is no price that is worth staying at this hotel.

Great place to stay in Saratoga Springs. Walkable to town. Easy parking. Shuttle service. Nice Room. All of the things you would want and expect from Marriott.

Updated MCY with good location to downtown. Was there on business during week and they are understaffed. The front desk was helpful but they need more help! There is plenty of parking and a trolley. Did not use amenities on grounds but outdoor veranda looked inviting
