"Never again."

Front desk cancelled confirmed reservation despite having checked in online and reserved morning shuttle. Amazingly poor customer service and couldn’t care less. Walked to SpringHill suites to get a room. Never again. Never had an issue at a Hilton property.

"SHABBY HOTEL, NOT CLOSE TO AIRPORT"

The hotel told us the shuttle from the airport would be easy. It is not easy and it is confusing. Be careful there are several Marriot hotels in the area and some don't go to this hotel even though it says Marriott. It is NOT right at the airport. We ended up taking a cab. The hotel is a bit worn out, carpets are warn, the lobby is not very comfortable . At rush hour times the lobby is a total zoo, with people jamming up the area trying to check in , to get food and to get a drink. The so called restaurant is a poorly functioning deal. The cashier, takes your drink order, then makes your drink, while others wait in line. The delay for a hamburger was an hour. She said it is slow because it is a union hotel. The food is not quality level dining. Think bad diner. The room is two star. I needed extra water and they squalked at me for asking for two extra small bottles. If you are looking for a convenient airport hotel, FORGET THIS ONE.

Everything was excellent with the exception of having to wait for the cafe attendant to return.. ( not sure where she went). We were exhausted and hungry and there was no one in the cafe at all.. a staff member came thru and said she’ll be right back, but that wasn’t the case.. my husband, myself, and other hotel guests were standing around wondering when someone would be around to help us.. we waited approx. 25-30 minutes

Excellent stay and location. We had two rooms and my son neglected to pay close attention to the address. He got on the bus to the wrong Marriott property. The driver was extra helpful on getting him to the right one. I imagine the drivers see this happen often. We were very appreciative!
