Pretty good experience overall. The location was great and the free shuttle service to the Newark Airport was very much appreciated.

Remodeled lobby/ restaurant. Fast Wi Fi Comfortable Bed Thin walls, loud noise from other rooms in the middle of the night.

I have stayed in numerous Marriott Courtyard hotels in many locaitons, this is the worse one. Reason being, the receptionist is more interested in finishing his personal chat with his friend on his phone then attend to me who is the only guest queuing to check out. The carpet in room and coridor has stale stench smell. I cut short my stay in this hotel and moved to Renaissance Newark.

i loved the hospitality of the staff and the ease of parking!

The carpets in the room had odour, so the property manager was helpful and she gave us another room which was better, and she also mentioned she will waive the car parking charges, that was considerable. The staff in the Starbucks were not the great interms of customer service, especially the person who was in the morning shift on July 25

I stayed in the hotel due to a delay in my flight. I received a voucher from my airline. The hotel requested a credit card for security purposes and then charged me for something I have never authorized. The receptionist was impolite and provided misleading information.
