Not a lot to like about it

The inexperienced concierge on arrival no lift had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs the bathroom was very outdated and old not enough toiletries a random mat was placed outside our next door apartment which caused a tripping hazard

The bed was comfy, and the toiletries were marvellous. The resort is walking distance to the beach and restaurants and cafes.

The pool area was lovely, but disappointingly cold. I only went into the spa, which was only tepid, and which was taken over by young, noisy children, likely because the main pools were too cold. One of the main reasons for choosing this resort was the pool area, but it was unusable for me. And it was a waste of money investing in a place where the pools were not useable.

Loved the big king bed. The beautiful clean beach was just a few hundred metres away and was a lovely long walk in either direction. Had a great room that had direct access to the main pool and swim up bar.

Mostly clean except for ceiling fans. Friendly staff, beautiful pool, well equipped facilities. Would be good if rooms had fly screens for ventilation and airing out, as the rooms are slightly smelly. Quiet at night and comfortable beds with air conditioned rooms and ceiling fans. Good location 10 minute walk to Main Street and beach access at the side of the accommodation.

The room was spacious and the pool facilities look good.

It smelt a bit damp

Visited Port Douglas for a few days, and this resort is a must-stay! Very friendly staff, and the pool bar was amazing, perfect place to chill. The location is also okay, walkable distance from town centre.

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful staff, and clean, well-arranged rooms. The gentleman at the reception was exceptional, special thank you for your kindness and recommendations.
