Full of mould and got very sick.

Staff at check in were friendly

No milk or sooon in the room and no soap in the shower

I obtained lots of insect bites from the room we rented. Their beds have insects that gave me tons of insect bites on my left arm. The sink is not draining properly. The hall ways and stairs are narrow and they don’t have lift … if you’re carrying heavy travel bags, you will be disappointed. Honestly, the port Mantra is a waste of money.

The room was a great size and the pool was a decent size, plenty of deck chairs. Some staff were friendly and the bed was comfy.

I didn’t like that you had to pay to have your room made up, I’ve never heard of this before. And only having towels changed once during your stay is not what I’d expect at a 4 star resort. I felt pretty dirty by the end of my stay. My balcony had cigarettes left on it as well. The hotel breakfast buffet is the worst I’ve ever seen for $25 with no hot food, only toast, cold meats and a DIY coffee machine. I requested some ice at breakfast and was told it wasn’t possible. Really disappointing and will not be returning.

The pool

Friendly well trained staff. Comfortable bed and very clean room and facilities. The pool was lovely and I enjoyed the cocktails at the lagoon bar.
