It was dirty and stunk. Someone a few doors down played loud music all night. Complained and nothing changed.

"Nothing was as advertised"

My receipt said no breakfast included

I asked for a handicap bathroom but didn’t get one. I ask for toilet riser but they didn’t have one. I had to go downstairs to the public bathroom to a handicap stall. I brought a swim suit for the indoor pool. It was closed and so was the workout room. I was there six days and they never once cleaned my room.

Entered a cold room, took a cold shower, went to sleep for two hours, and awoke to a very cold room. No heat. Swapped out to a nicer room.

"The front staff man was super nice. The lobby was beautiful. Room was beyond gross."

The front staff man was very nice and understanding

I had mold, bug casings, and exposed nails in my room, caused me to have an allergic attack. And there was blood on the curtain rod. (I have pictures)

No breakfast but a Cracker Barrel next door. The room had a nasty odor. I assume it was none smoking but it smelled like incense.

Location

The room that we were in the bathroom started leaking in the sink I call the front desk. They refused to move rooms 3 o’clock in the morning our bathroom and sleeping area at standing water that ruined Christmas gifts and bags for traveling that we had management would not replace our merchandise. They’ve promised to Khol never have called.

Thw breakfast selections were balaced with the cost of the room.

Dead roaches in my room which I showed the person on staff the pictures, filthy bathroom floor, carpet dirty.
