Pool closed, drain patched and leaking stinking. Toilet needed work. Noisy neighbors or workers on Saturday night Sunday morning. No hot water on Sunday. Breakfast not as advertised.

I liked how there were places to hang out and chat with friends

The breakfast was terrible! All of it was gross. Thank goodness they have a cracker barrel next door, and a Wendy's. The elevator always smelled like weed, there was hookers coming in and out. It just was a mess! The staff was very polite but the rest was gross

"Cancelled on me on this important day"

Nothing

They called me 3 hours before I was supposed to check in and said they had to cancel my room on this important day. Now if I would have cancelled on them 3 hours before check in I would still have been charged this is not right.
