Marriott Legends bar: Anna, Chris, Wesley, and Nicole were fantastic! Friendly, with all the details of the entire area, from Delaware County to Valley Forge and even Manayunk! Great drinks in a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Just across the street and to the left from the Marriott is Gypsy House, and the food, service, hospitality are great. We came to see Philly, and we may just not leave Conshohocken 😀

I wish we could have stayed here longer. My Son and I came for one night since we had a visit to Villanova College. The man at the front desk was so welcoming. I have AMBASSADOR status gave us each a bottle of water. Told us that the lounge is open for appetizers and dessert and where we get our breakfast in the am. The room and hotel is so clean. Beautiful room. When we walked in there was a welcome bag with snacks and a water and a card. Also there was water in our room. We went to the lounge the food was just okay there was no dessert there. We ended up doing room service it came up so fast, it was really good. The only thing about our room was that it did not get cold, not sure if something was wrong with the AC. It only went to 67 and the room showed it was 73. Breakfast was downstairs in the restaurant instead in the lounge. For the members there was a buffet with no charge, others had to pay but it definitely was a decent amount of food. Definitely will stay here again if my husband goes to college here.

Wesley Wheatley, the Food and Beverage Supervisor, is absolutely amazing! My siblings and I had the pleasure of working with Wesley to arrange a special surprise for our parents’ anniversary, and he went above and beyond to make it perfect. From the moment we reached out, Wesley was courteous, helpful, and incredibly attentive to every detail. He kept in close communication with us throughout the process to ensure everything went beautifully. We can’t thank Wesley enough for making this special surprise even more memorable!

The room was spacious, immaculate and well furnished. Everything functioned perfectly from shower to the remote. Floyd and Marty at the Front Desk were exceptional. Professional, gracious, warm and friendly, we were treated like family. They represent the very best that a traveler can hope for, and Marriott should be complimented on their staffing expertise. They truly made our stay the very best!

I am elated with my experience at this Marriott. While in town for travel, the A/C in my room wasn’t working well and my room was hotter than I usually like. I went down to the front desk to let them know, not expecting anything, just wanted them to be aware. Within 5 minutes, they set me up with a new room and then went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. Talha and Alaizya truly provided some of the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. Thanks for the great stay in Philly!

I have been traveling regularly to Conshohocken since Jan 2025. My first stay was at the Marriott Philadelphia West and I have stayed here everytime since. The location is great for my office and there are a number of dining options in walking distance. But the main reason this is the only hotel I will stay at in the area is the incredible front desk professionals of Marlanea and Talha. Both give excellent service with a personal touch. There is nothing better after a long travel day to arrive and have Marlanea help me check in, knowing my preferences and helping to meet them when she can, giving that extra bit of care that means so much. During large events I have held here, she has helped me manage some complicated logistics with ease. Thank you for having such dedicated and excellent staff! I’ll be back

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, it was wonderful. We loved the room, and receiving the microwave at two a.m. Friday morning was the best ever. We look forward to next year's visit. We just had an idea our anniversary is October 20th, and we want to celebrate here.

Had a great experience at Marriott Philadelphia West in Conshohocken. It's a little challenging to find the entrance to the building and garage from the road, but once found it's pretty straightforward. The front desk staff was super flexible about me leaving my car out front to put bags in my room before parking the car. My original reservation said in the Bonvoy app that I should have concierge access, but my room key did not work. When I asked the front desk the next day, they said I would not normally have access due to my status only being Gold Elite, but the person at the front desk (Talna) was super accommodating and not only gave me access to the lounge, but also complimentary breakfast the next morning. The room was in great condition and I would recommend this hotel and likely stay here again for a business trip.
