Marriott Philadelphia West

The room was a very nice comfortable corner room, The staff was very nice in offering a better room option than the one I reserved on Booking.com, which was very accommodating. Their bar area was fun and Lively with several wedding parties in and out, but not too crowded.

I feel that if the price was over $230 it would have felt on the higher end for the area. I might have looked around for a better deal regionally if it was higher.

Hotel was quiet. No microwave. Urine on floor in bathroom. The room smell was not good.

Room smelled of cigarettes.

Floyd ,mr sharif ,mr,faberese ms casia All did their part to make an excellent stay from meeting the bell captain to checking in to the fd perso. Zooming me thru and the kitchen staff steping up to provide excellent service .

My experience was amazing from check in to giving me places to eat and visit. I felt Welcomed and the room was clean and tidy. The pool was open and jacuzzi. I really Enjoyed my staff. Sharif was the best.

We had a wonderful stay - the hotel was very clean and the room was well-appointed. However, it was the courteous and professional staff that made a great impression, especially Marlanea. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Hotel is a great fine. Comfortable beds, clean, spacious rooms and amazing staff! Shareef set the tone by his friendly greeting! Floyd checked us out with the same kindness. We stayed while in the area for a wedding. Somehow we managed to leave our hanging garments. Marlanea has gone above and beyond to help us get them back! I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff alone. Didn’t have the time for the gym or pool- but a nice addition to your stay!
