Marriott Philadelphia West

Great service from Tyrah and Alisca, at the front desk. Overall, a solid hotel choice in the area. Room was updated and clean. Breakfast buffet is convenient and offered plenty of options.

We used this hotel for our wedding. First, we were told we could only request a suite as the bride and groom 21 days before (no more than that). When the day came, I had to send 3 separate emails to learn they had no suites available. Also the first woman we worked with was difficult and didn’t always answer us. When we got to the hotel the night before the wedding, they gave my husband and I two adjoining rooms instead of a suite to we could get ready in the morning. We used the other room for hair and makeup and left for the wedding. The next morning, I went to go into the other room to gather all the clothes and things we left there, but the door was locked. I come to find out no one told us we only had that adjoining room for 1 night and strangers were now next door. No one told us and all our stuff was missing including a rented outfit that needed to go back. Eventually some of our stuff was recovered in the lost and found (not everything) but no one thought it was weird two people left garment bags worth of stuff. The staff were rude, nasty, and not accommodating. Granted many weddings were happening that weekend, but this is a Marriott. The only positive was our After Party at the bar Legends in the lobby. I would not stay here again. And the rooms were not cheap!

Rooms are comfortable and large Location was perfect for me as it was close to company office. Staff are always pleasant.

The breakfast was a little tired and out of the 3 night stay, I forfeited breakfast on the last two mornings.

We visited Legend Sports Bar inside the Marriott Philadelphia West with a large group, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, everything was timely, smooth, and well-organized — no small feat with a big party! The food was excellent — everyone in our group enjoyed their meals, and the menu had a solid variety that catered to different tastes. The drinks were also a hit, well-made and served quickly, which kept the good energy going all night. One of the biggest highlights of our visit was the outstanding service. Our primary server, Nicole, was absolutely fantastic — incredibly attentive, helpful, and professional. She managed our large group with ease, making sure everyone had what they needed and was enjoying themselves. It really made a difference in the overall experience. All in all, we had a great time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Legend Sports Bar for both small and large groups. We’ll definitely be back!

Charge for car parking; no breakfast. I thought breakfast was included.

Our bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing, room was cleaned every day but the star of the show was the staff- whether they were escorting us to the interior stairs so we could get some exercise in or making sure we had everything we needed they were always friendly and helpful even while they were handling large wedding events

Hot tub not working as advertised on line. I only came here for the hot tub. Totally disappointed

Everything in the hotel was wonderful! I have to give a big shout out to Mindy for the wonderful accommodations! The staff was absolutley great. I would like to thank Floyd and Marty for tge warm hospitality! I would recommend this Marriott to everyone!
