Marriott Philadelphia West

Stayed here for a wedding. Everything was fantastic. Thanks to the front desk man, Talha, for taking great care of us. Legends restaurant and parking also wonderful.

Amazing to find a hotel bar in the burbs of Philadelphia that can make an amazing margarita. Was here for a week for a business trip and enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Special shout out to Ava and Anna at the bar!

Excellent Hotel wonderful staff everyone was awesome  Alisca , Tyrah , Floyd Wendy in the restaurant. I must say everyone was awesome.

Stayed at the Marriott Philadelphia West for a family friend's wedding. The hotel was top notch: very clean, a comfortable bed, and very helpful staff. The after-party in Legends Sports Bar was great. We'd stay again here.

I have been a Platinum Elite member for some time and I wanted to share a quick comment about a staff member at the Marriott in West Conshohocken. I was working in the lobby and could not help but notice the diligent, professional way Joel was going about his job--cleaning the lobby. He was clearly working hard and going out of his way to ensure quality work, and with a warm friendliness as well. I normally get good service at Marriott but he just struck me as someone going above and beyond what would normally be expected and I felt compelled to share. kudos

I checked in on a Monday, and the front desk team was exceptionally polite and welcoming. Aliscia assisted me throughout the check-in process and provided excellent service. I also appreciated being able to check in early. Everyone I encountered was kind and attentive, which made a wonderful impression—especially since this was our first time visiting Philadelphia. The warm and caring atmosphere was truly a breath of fresh air. I will certainly choose to stay here again whenever I’m in the Conshohocken area.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Marriott Philadelphia West. The location is perfect, allowing us to avoid heavy traffic, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Staffs in breakfast was also so friendly. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. A special mention goes to Tyrah at the Front Desk, who was truly outstanding. When we mentioned that we might have left a belonging at our previous hotel, Tyrah went the extra mile—personally calling the hotel and ensuring our item was kept safe for pickup. Our heartfelt thanks to Tyrah and also to Alisca for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

My stay was great. We ran into a TV issue they tried but could not get it to work. I was moved and upgraded to a nice room which I appreciated. The manager Alissa was very kind and helped with a sense of urgency. Good service is hard to find. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The hotel could use some upgrading and remodeling. Location is excellent, but the rooms and amenities are showing signs of wear and tear. The front desk took excellent care of us when needed, and a special shout out to Floyd Shareef for accommodating us when we discovered our rental car battery had died. Thank you again for your assistance.
