Marriott Philadelphia West

There are few good things about this hotel, unfortunately. It was a disaster despite overall good rating and reviews for the place, that we relied upon when choosing. It has good views during good weather It has as decent pool with a hot tub, even though both are significantly worn. Otherwise it does not deserve the name. It's really dated and tired. It's not maintained. Usually I don't pay much attention to dust, but this was an extreme case - our son was sneezing non stop after our first night there. The dust was on all surfaces. And look at the ventilation's register in the bathroom! We are Marriott Platinum, and I spent certificates to upgrade our room to a "Lounge level" room. We do have access to the lounges anyway. But the certificates were about to expire and I thought I'd put them to some use and we'd stay on the same floor as the lounge. Funny enough - they put us on 11th floor while the lounge is on 16th, so the certificates were wasted anyway. Now, the lounge is a total disappointment in itself. I don't know how else one can use it except that you can grab some water or soda from there 24/7. They serve breakfast at the restaurant downstairs anyway. They don't have a coffee machine in the lounge. No snacks. No cookies. Apparently they serve alcohol only on weekdays and you'd have to buy it. The only good thing is the view! Does not live up to M Club level for sure. The breakfast is another disappointment - Residence Inn has a better variety of hot food for the breakfast buffet. Although they have some fruit selection. But the food was the same both Sat and Sun - mass produced omelet, boiled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, and oatmeal. Stale donuts and mini croissants completed the picture. The location is somewhat convenient, with a highway a min away, and a $10 a night parking on premises

Had a great time in Conshy. Floyd and Marlana helped make my stay very comfortable. If you need to go to Philly but want to stay just outside the traffic zone give this Marriott a shot.

Had a great check in experience, location is wonderful! Felt very welcome and everything was super clean. Easy parking and things nearby.

During my stay I encountered Alissa, Tyrah and La’el at different times. Each interaction was pleasant and warm. At check-in I felt as if I was being welcomed into a personal home as a member of the family. Check-in was seamless. All of my questions were answered throughout my stay regarding parking and nearby attractions. Traffic patterns were even discussed for traveling to the city. My room was comfortably cozy with no complaints there. The property atmosphere was cool too. A great value all around. Thank you ladies! I appreciate your hospitality while I dealt with the loss of a loved one.

Marriott Conshohocken, PA I had an amazing experience at the Marriott Conshohocken, and I want to give a special thank-you to Lael and Tyrah and Alisca!!!!!!. It was my birthday, and from the moment I arrived they made me feel genuinely celebrated. Check-in was quick, smooth, and welcoming, and their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. They went above and beyond to make my stay feel special, which is something you don’t experience everywhere. Thank you again girl!, for making my birthday a little more special! I highly recommend this location and will absolutely be back.

The hotel was perfect for my short business trip. I’d like to say a special thank you to Jermaine, Tyrah, and Alissa, the front desk team. They were super friendly, accommodating, and ready to help. I really appreciated their welcoming spirit. They are truly assets to your organization.

The rooms were excellent and ain't ain't daily by Ms Rosanna that was great I Appreciated all the close detail in maintaining my room , Mr Wesley Ms ceasia were excellent staffing and in helping me enjoy my birthday my breakfast was great do to mommy preparing an excellent meal over and beyond thank you mommy!!! Beautiful property, well maintained, warm pool, hot tub, exceptionally nice staff. Marlanea at the front desk took lots of time explaining things and let us check in early; Ava in the restaurant sent over a couple of chicken wings for us to taste! Just really nice experience. Travel with kids and often find hotel pool is too cold to go in but this one was good!

Great culture and awesome overall experience. Miss Marlanea at the front desk went above and beyond to support our trip. She was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure for our group. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip. Coach Blount

I went to the philadelphia west location for a weekend get away. The concierge lounge was closed, so we had to have breakfast in the Legends sports bar. On Saturday morning we were greeted by Seaisa who was amazing. She was happy, cheerful and attentive. I would go back just because of her. On Sunday Wendy was in charge of breakfast. She was alone due to call outs. It was really busy, but she did an amazing job even though she had to do the work of 4 people by herself. Those 2 ladies made the trip memorable and deserved to be recognized.
