Marriott Philadelphia West

My experience at the Marriott West Philadelphia was amazing. From the expedited checkin process, nearby directions, to their simple professionalism and genuine delight in serving a customer…the experience was exceptional. This is customer service at its best. Thank you to the team…Marty, Jermaine, Tyrah, and Alisca. They are the best.

I have stayed at this location quite frequently over the past twenty years. I have only had a great experience during each stay, always with a truly comfortable room, and consistently excellent service. I always look forward to staying here, and, one reason is the wonderful Hotel Staff, particularly Ms. Marti at the Reception / Check-in Office, who is so polite and kind, always welcoming me with everything in place. And, Mr. Joel, Bell Staff, who greets me by name with his big smile, and who makes my day even nicer by his kind words and happy demeanor. Both represent this Marriott so well in service and personal kindness, and, so I will always highly recommend this property for so many reasons, but, especially, for the good people who make it all happen.

Rooms

Clean, excellent location, close to nice restaurants. They have Laundry facilities, but it was broken so they washed our daughters clothes in their facility laundry, folded & delivered back to us which was nice.

No continental breakfast & you have to pay for Wi-Fi

Hotel was great ! Room was upgraded and clean ! Front desk staff was awesome Alisca give me an upgrade! She was so kind and welcoming! Excellent Marriott service that’s why we stay! I love Marriott!

I just wanted to share my experience with you at Legends. I was greeted by a woman named Nicole, who was the most pleasant employee I have ever encountered with. She made my husband and I laugh for over an hour. She explained to us all of the fall cocktails in detail and we tried over 4 of them. The bartender Bruhan and Wesley were absolutely great! I can't say my experience was less than amazing with the 3 of them. My husband and I will be recommending Legends to all of our local friends. Thank you again to the team at Legends for making our stay amazing

Great and friendly people at the check-in desk.Especialy Kadine and Marlanea. They listened to my concerns and cheerfully solved the issue.

They were really nice. Floy and alisca was nice when we first got here. Always joy ful and helpful. the rooms were nice. The breakfast was really good

Tyrah did an outstanding job getting me checked in and settle. Way to go Tyrah! She was very courteous and professional. She has a great attitude and is very thoughtful.
