Marriott Philadelphia West

We were in the area for a wedding and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable However, it was the staff and excellent service that we appreciated most. Marlanea was very professional and courteous, and made the checkout process so easy for us.

Ive been to many hotels but my stay here blew my expectations. Customer service was fantasic even when the room was unclean Mindy helped me and made me and my wife feel as though we were important and get me into a clean room. The problem was delt with swiftly and elegantly. Its what you do when problems apper is what proves how a hotel really feels about thier guests and Mindy showed me Marriott cares about their guest. - NT

Excellent stay from start to finish! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly especially Alaizya and Mindy, and the location was pleasant and enjoyable. There was a small issue with the tv but Nick came up quickly and was very nice with helping us out, he was very kind and helpful. I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, would definitely return soon!

Check in was easy especially with the friendly and helpful front desk clerk Sharif. We had multiple rooms with kids and he was able to accommodate us with rooms next to each other! The rooms were clean and modern. The bar downstairs has a nice menu, recommend the wings!! Would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was great. Floyd was really helpful and he helped us enjoy our trip just that much more. From the moment we arrived, he helped us out and made us smile

Not your typical hotel bar. Anna and Chris were awesome! They both make great drinks! It was a super fast and fun environment!

I came into the phila Marriott west to enjoy some time with my husband. I truly had a wonderful time. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I had The pleasure of meeting marlanea Floyd shariff and Mindy. Everyone went out of their way to assist me and make sure I had Everything I needed. The food in legends was sooo delicious. I will Definitely be back!

Alaizya Moses was phenomenal! Her customer service was top tier, she was helpful, kind, compassionate and maintained a pleasant demeanor. She's is a asset to your front desk and team!

Marriott Legends bar: Anna, Chris, Wesley, and Nicole were fantastic! Friendly, with all the details of the entire area, from Delaware County to Valley Forge and even Manayunk! Great drinks in a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Just across the street and to the left from the Marriott is Gypsy House, and the food, service, hospitality are great. We came to see Philly, and we may just not leave Conshohocken 😀
