The lady on reception when checking in was so lovely and welcoming! Quick and efficient check in process, and a friendly face! Couldn't fault it at all :) Location is excellent, really good vibes in exchange square, and right near the Arndale centre.

Location is Ideal for Shopping and train station. Reception Area is very welcoming and so were the staff especially Liam and the added extra of holding the bags after check out was great

The cleaning wasnt great , bin wasnt changed and our cups for tea/coffee werent changed either. The room was v hot and even with a fan provided. Bed was a small double which wasnt great for my 6 foot 2 husband
