The hotel was in a nice location- we had two rooms booked. Both bathrooms were not cleaned properly, the hotel overall had a musty smell to it. Also the carpet in room looked dirty. The staff was very friendly and nice though.

Property was beautiful! love that they had a Ruth Chris inside of it, and it was within walking distance to the arena. but I believe it was overpriced.

Not only were there bees flying around the room (4 of them that I had to kill) but there were bugs crawling around the room. The staff messed up my reservation so I had to wait to get a refund while paying for the hotel room again. Essentially I paid for a 3 night stay when I only stayed for 2 nights. Staff was disrespectful and rude. I was put on the first floor right across from a noisy party that kept me up all day. Had to go sit in my car just to get some time to sit in quiet. This was a really bad experience and I would strongly recommend not staying here.

It was a fantastic experience!!! We were there for my aunt’s funeral. It was very quiet in the hallways and just what we needed. Everyone was very friendly and nice !!! Job well done!!!
