Harbor House Inn

Exceptional! Clean, well equipped, fantastic location, helpful staff.

Could have been a first-class experience. Very nice check-in clerk; large room (king); excellent towels, TP, kitchen equipment (did not use, but noticed); good a/c; useful fan; great shower. But, basically un-remodeled (no USB plugs, a little dim); cramped bathroom; no nightstand on right side of bed; no desk. Might stay again, but might check another out.

Absolutely spotless, room was loaded with thoughtful amenities, everything worked and there was a QR link to a site with curated recommendations for what to see, eat, and do. Super rain shower!!! Reception staff was awesome, loved the feee bikes and beach gear. SB harbor / Brophy’s is a 5-10 minute walk. Top quality goodies and coffee for breakfast and inside my room fridge. Liked it so much I brought my best friend and her husband to see it, as they often need an extra place for family to stay. Rrecommend 1000%!

Spacious room (upgraded to a suite for very little extra cost), perfect for hanging out, comfortable for sleeping, roomy bathroom, nice fridge/microwave/coffee-tee nook. Fabulous location close to the ocean.

Harbor House Inn is our go-to choice when staying in Santa Barbara. This small family-owned hotel feels like home. A block off the beach, it’s perfectly located to enjoy all that Santa Barbara has to offer. Special call out to Cody and family who bend over backwards to accommodate guests. We visit 2-3 times a year and are never disappointed. Room 4 is our favorite.

Accueil très chaleureux avec conseils sur où aller manger et quoi visiter en ville. La chambre était spacieuse, hyper propre et avait même une cuisine équipée! Il y a des vélos et des accessoires de plage à disposition, nous avons bien profité des vélos pour visiter Santa Barbara. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller à pieds dans le centre à pieds ou sur le port. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner mais des snacks sont à disposition à l'accueil et il y a thé et café dans la cuisine

We stopped here for one night at the end of a short road trip. I had reserved a small queen but we were very kindly upgraded to a queen suite in honor of our 40th anniversary. The room was spacious with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (including coffee maker with fresh local coffee, toaster oven, and hot water kettle, dining table, and two - two! - luggage racks. The front desk staff was very friendly and informative, and the location was just a few minutes walk to the waterfront and numerous restuarants.

The accommodations at Harbor House Inn are wonderful, but it is the level of hospitality that makes this place a true gem. Both Carlin and Cody went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortably at home. It was perfect in every way.
