I liked the fact that the property is sitting on the beach with direct access, it is minutes away from everything, including the bank, supermarket, grocery, casino and restaurants..

There was no hot water to shower. Or bottle water in the fridge.

The view from the room was great, pool is cool, ocean is next to the hotel, a lot of activities to choose from. Food at the restaurant is tasty. Staff is friendly.

A uniquely old school property with beautifully kept grounds, two overlapping pools, direct access to Sosua beach and restaurants and "downtown".

We have stayed here several times over the past 9 years. Our first visit the hotel was in much better condition. The property has been damaged by storms and neglected. The once beautiful restaurant is abandoned and falling apart. We continue to stay here because of the location. We love Sosua beach. Our room although dated has a balcony that over looks Sosua bay. The pool is nice. Water is clean. It is nice to be able to relax in the pool which also overlooks the bay.

Overall the property is very run down. I remember back in the days this was the hotel to come to and the bathroom look so run down i didn't want to take a shower there. Thank God I stayed there for 1 night

The property was close to the beach and all the rooms were ocean view . The staff was very helpful .

Nice view to Sosua beach and within the Batey community limits (restaurants and bars very close).

I did like the property location, and the people in the facilities are great , and available to us who stay at the hotel. The only thing , i will recommend is a faster internet service

Please check the condition of your condiments, ie, mayonnaise. Ate ham and cheese sandwich Sunday night. Woke up vomiting and diarrhea. I was transported to Puerta Plata Plata hospital for acute gastroenteritis and severe dehydration. Drank no alcohol during visit. Other than that, my stay was fulfilling. Will come back again
