Victorian House

There is about a 18% fee and was unable to put the hold money on my amex credit card so had to use 2 different credit cards to check in. I did not like they have you wait until 3pm to check in. No early check in for me

Great view and location but property is dated and needs many upgrades

Location is great... but old furniture and customer service needs training

Too many rules, hotel staff and security wants bribe to bring extra guest to visit property

The only thing good about this property is the location.. the decor of the rooms ( yes I said rooms, had to change rooms 3 times ) was outdated. When it rains my room on the ground floor flooded, and sewage system couldn't handle. Raw sewage backup came into my room.. P.S. book at your own risk, You been warned.

His place to stay good Security beautiful view nice swimming pools and a beautiful beach

Pools and ocean view rooms . Food was ok . Hotel staff were helpful and clean rooms every day that was really appreciated .

I was very pleased that they have a gym as part of their hotel amenities!

The toilet didn't work in the first room I was assigned. Also upon initial entry I attempted to take a shower but the shower head fell off. The room is really old. So much so that the floors cannot be cleaned enough to look like they're cleaned. The doors to the balcony did not lock and could not move freely along the track. Not all of the light in the room worked. This place is actually a dump.

I liked the fact that the hotel was accessible to the beach. The staff were excellent. The facility did not have alot of amenities, and some of their equipments were falling apart. Overall the facility is safe, and the rooms are good for your basic needs. There is nothing extravagant about the rooms or the place.
