Victorian House

This is not the room I booked. They gave me an apartment and I booked a penthouse.

No hot water but it’s grest place on beach and pools here very nice can walk to areas of bars and restaurants

Had to change rooms 3 times. No hot water. Staff was very accommodating and courteous

Not much entertainment at the hotel but definitely a beautiful place.

close to beach. the pool was under cconstruction, bummer. water was lukewarm and maids were often to noisy

This property is in a great location. But the service is ridiculous. No hot water, the Microwave does not work. The toilet tank leaks and flood the entire bathroom. There's a $100 uds deposit that they failed to mention when booking. You cannot get clean towels 10pm. The Manager is very disrespectful. He told me i only paid $48 a night fur my room. After i refuse to pay for some ice. They give you a band. If you misplace it. There's a fee. I forgot my key in my room. It took them 45 minutes to find someone with a key. The fridge was leaking water to the point where i slide and almost buss my ass. The sliding doors to the balcony do not lock. Anyone can access your room from the balcony.

Once again, I had no hot water for my entire stay. Other than that, I enjoy the staff, the hotel, and the view. As always.

Check the your room and record it on your phone before you actually settle in. If there are problems like no wifi connection ask to change your room. You are require to pay a security deposit for the room and if the damage to the room is more you need to pay more. The food quality is very bad. My friends and I went tout o a restaurant everyday. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Good hotel close to everything. Don't expect the hot water to work. I asked three times and nothing.

Nice location close to the beach . Nice view over the beach.
