Great hotel , the only problem was the shower did not get hot enough , no problems other than that.

My overall stay was good. The location and view were magnificent. However, the issue of having to take cold showers was never resolved

When we entered our room we discovered that the balcony door did not lock due to being broken into many times. Maintenance gave us a bolt to put into a hole in the doors to keep it closed. That evening I was looking for a light switch in the dark. I touched a outlet and got electrocuted. There was a piece of metal hanging out of the plug. The next morning we left to go on a tour. When we arrived back our money had been taken. Hundreds of dollars. I went over to the safe and touched it and it fell off the wall. We informed the staff on duty and they said there was nothing they we're going to do about it. The manager on duty also gave us a false name. We continued to complain and say we we're going to call the police and they stated that we would be arrested if we called. We then spoke to the night security manager and they said they would investigate the incident. We later found out he works for the local police. I spoke to a employee at the hotel that says this happens all the time. We then began informing other guests of what happened and to be careful. At that point security and staff began watching us. We also noticed that above the door of our hotel room was a green light that was not on any other door on our floor. I believe they put people in that room to signal thieves. Later that evening we woke to a knock at our door and it was another guest that had her room broken into. Green light above door. Horrible security and hookers everywhere. Thieves

Your staying in the penthouse your room cost more the other rooms why would you not have all inclusive.

It is the view of the bay from the hotel that is impressive. And the closeness to the beach and surrounding activities.I recommend the junior suite.

Terrible experience, The hotel has a great location on the beach and the pools are excellent, bu it took us four hours to check in! we rented two rooms, A.C. didn't work, no towels, Shower knob broke off! Hotel staff tried there best but the manager Antonio was absent the whole time. He leaves the staff to fend for themselves! When he strolled in, "told him about the problems and he said it was too bad! The next day he was also nowhere to be found. Staff told us that he dissappears during the day so as not to deal with any problems. One of the worst managers I have ever seen. This could be an excellent hotel if they had a good manager!

Close to beach. Rooms need upgrading. Staff needs to do their jobs -make sure rooms are cleaned, towels are aplenty, and things such as the a/c work. More than anything they need to respond to their customer needs such as provide towels upon request when there are none. This could be a much better place considering the location of only management took the time to care for the business as it should

Customer Service has never been good but the location and the price is the only reason i have stayed here

The place need to good upgrade but the location is the best where the beach view you cannot beat. Theirs no hot or even warm water to take a shower, but the price you cannot beat also.

Had to change rooms because I could get Wi-Fi. But it worked out ok
