Victorian House

The check in process was horrible. Took almost 2 hours for all of us to check in. The rooms needed extra cleaning as we finally got there.

The shower only produced cold water, even after I complained to the front office about this, it was never fixed

Part of the Exxtrordinary resort. Location can not be beat . Says 13 minute walk to beach . That is wrong . It is actually on the beach and a 2 minute walk from our room to sand. balconys with comfortable chairs are nice. This hotel is much better than the rating. Could upgrade TVs and matresses but other than that it was very good . Location and security are top notch .

The property was nice. the Hotel reservation desk like to play bate and switch games. claim they don't see or never got the reservation from Hotels even though you show them number .they dont like to honor the lower price and make you cancel the reservation and rebook at a higher price. don't even try to contact hotels CS. they dont answer phones for help.

My experience was very good, confort rooms, nice beach view, very nice facilities.

Fortunately we had your receipt. Hotel is in bad and old conditions - has seen better times. Other people who wanted to pay with credit card were charged 18%. There is no parking. Had to park on the street without a watchman.

This hotel was beyond terrible. I booked a 7 day-stay and left after the first night. I was all too happy to forfeit the remaining balance to stay at a decent hotel. The room was dirty, had large paint chips peeling from the walls and ceiling, and there were a few large roaches that scattered about every time I returned to the room. Additionally, the hotel restaurant closed several months ago, so there is zero food onsite. Extremely disappointed overall with this hotel.

Great the best time ever the place was amazing so much to do right in the middle of everything

My room had a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The room was clean. As in most hotels in DR had a lack of enough towels and no wash clothes. Room had a refg loud, and a microwave.

Another good stay at the Victorian House hotel. Sure it could use some updating but the view cannot be beat for the price. One day towels arrived late and one day water line broke but was fixed with 2 hours. I have stayed at this hotel on 5 trips and will return.
