They dont give you what you booked,charge extra from what they not support too charge

Hotel is fine in the classical sense. However, they need to modernize it and do basic maintenance.

Great view great value convienient location to beach, shops and restaurants

Very nice and comfortable.

Overall experience is great the only thing they need is softer mattresses

I did not have hot water the whole time of me being there!!!! My safe was broken the tv did not tuen off so i jad to turn to vidoe1 just to make the room dark and when i made a complaint they told me the hotel was booked so i couldnt chamge my room.....then my wifi didnt work so i had to gi to the lobby to use the wifi which also worked bad as well....when they finally gave me a nrw room 3 days later it was worst then the forst room...i didnt have a fridge my tv wouldnt turn on my hot watwr was warm water...the room was much smaller....the room they they first changed me too they gave away after i went to my d room to pack so o was supposento habe 5301 and i was mover down the hall to 5309 so i went from a water front view to parking lot that was extremely noise!!!......i begged for a fridge for 3 days!!! To never get one so i had to throw out all the food i brough....did i menetion i did not have a comforter for the bed so i was cold all night long.....it was so many more problem but its not enough time in the day ....i rrslly felt helpless and sooo unhapppy about my trip....o would never ever go back again

Front desk girl was great (Lisa I believe). Room was great. Over looking the bay. There were some slippery sections due to rain. Grounds were gorgeous. Restaurant in resort was very reasonably priced. I was staying for business and the WIFI didn't work almost all of the time, so we had to check out early and go to another place with WIFI. Very disappointed as it was a nice place :) No water in the room and we arrived late so nothing was open. Its nice to brush your teeth with clean water. There is no reason to try to make money off water. Booked on Expedia for a certain price. When i arrived, they gave me that price but had a special exchange rate for CAD to RD. And by special I mean it cost me more. Again, don't try to take extra money from your guests, especially in the first introduction when they arrive. For the suggestion box: Have water for your guests.

For the price you pay it is pretty good. Very clean and quiet. No hot water. The water is warm. The staffs were very nice to me and very friendly.. The hotel breaksfast was good. I CAN NOT STAY THERE ANYMORE BECAUSE THERE GUEST POLICY IS RIDICULOUS. I had my friends came to visit me. You only get one guess for free. Every guest after that you have to pay $20 per person for them just to visit you each day. If you plan to have friends come over PLEASE DO NOT Stay at this hotel. You will regret it.
