Novotel Suites Hannover

Excellent location. Hotel staff Outstanding and very helpful. It was a one night stay for a stop over whilst driving from the UK to Poland and will be using the hotel on our way back. Great value for money. Breakfast was excellent.

My family of 3 was given a room (no 115) catered for handicapped. The room was great, came with a microwave oven, fridge and a water boiler. I was not happy with the spacious bathroom as every time when we have shower, the whole bathroom floor will get wet and we have to rinse the whole floor off the soapy water after every shower.... I was just wondering why were we given this type of room? Are they running out of normal room for 3 of us? Another thing is the lobby area.. when we stayed at Novotel Suites Den Haag last year, the lobby provides free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and some oranges/apples too.. unfortunately not the same for this Novotel Suites Hannover.. But overall we still love Novotel Suites.. reasonable price with nice, clean and well equipped room 👍👍

Great location, comfortable bed, nice size room. Only Complaint it was a non smoking room that smelled of cigarettes. Open the windows and that helped. Would stay there again.

Very handy to have microwave, kettle and sink facilities in the room. Good location for central Hannover and cheap parking. Good breakfast buffet selection.

Good value for money n great location Only downside air conditioning did not work -under repair Rooms getting a bit dated- carpets worn Despite a no smoking policy both rooms we stayed smelled someone has smoked Room cleaning needs improvement

The check in process went well and the staff was friendly. Walking into my room it immediately felt dated (early 2000s). The toilet room was small was totally separate from the shower (and bath for those that take a bath at a hotel). Both rooms had a cruise ship feel. The bed was good, but unfortunately I could not sleep with the windows open as a main bus station was right outside of the hotel.

So good location in the city and connect with a big supermarket.room is ok but bit old .service was super nice😀

Lovely clean hotel, staff very helpful and happy. Just a 10 min walk to the city centre. Train and bus station close by. Room very spacious and nice and clean

great hotel close to main station.great breakfast .only one fault could not get the room very warm . nice bed and bathroom with shower and bath and a sofa bed .nice mini kitchen.
