Novotel Suites Hannover

Hotel by the main train and bus station, short walk into town, quiet and immaculately clean, modern hotel. Excellent room.

Lovely place. Great size room, with very modern facilities. Wifi worked perfectly. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. If I had to give feedback on anything is that the towels could have been a little softer and a little larger.

Close to the central station, quiet and large rooms, but with a weird smell in the corridors and in the rooms, friendly and polite staff staff, Comfortable beds. In total OK for an overnight stay!

The rooms are large and the biggest we have stayed in as a family. I was surprised to find a separate shower and a bath. Also, the room could be divided in two, separating the children's sleeping area. Our boys loved free use of Wii U and games near reception. Staff on reception were very nice and helpful, e.g. recommending the underground as the best way to reach the zoo. The only downside is that there is building work going on right next to the hotel and a we didn't feel that comfortable in the surrounding area. Would have preferred staying in a busier more tourist location on the other side of the train station.

The hotel room is a suite, with separate areas of sleeping beds, living area, and a large desk for working. Also has washing machine for use.

The local roadworks were a slight inconvenience, but otherwise the hotel was wonderfully located for access to the station and walking to the town centre. Our room suited us well, cleverly designed it maximised the use of space, was attractive and well appointed. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and would happily return.

Standard Novotel suites offering in a great location to discover Hannover or venture further afield, as you are right by the station. Comfortable room and nice bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries.Complimentary drinks and muffins each morning in the lobby. Hotel great but slightly let down by the service received from reception. Still a great budget option hotel though.

Terrible beds

I am frequent traveler and this is one of the worst stay I have experienced. I'm giving some slack to the staff because some of them are nice. Room was noisy and my gold status was not honored. This the last time I stay at an Accor chain hotel. Terrible loyalty program and members treatment. There are much nicer alternatives in Hannover.

Very nice Suite in a great location (construction next door may become an issue someday but did no disturb us) with train station less than a block away with lots of shopping and dining and downtown a stroll away. Only complaint was the mattress was way too hard for us and took several nights to adapt to - unusual in our experience. Definitely recommend.
