Nice location and very convenient to get into city. Hotel clerk were professional and willing to help customers

Rooms need updating and parking is a pain as its 50meters away from the hotel.

It was first hotel during our trip and we were lucky to have it! Fantastic room for family! everything included! bathroom - 5 stars!

The room was great. Neat, clean, well designed with very good price. This was my first time to Novotel Hotel, and next time I'm willing to try another Novotel Hotel.

The hotel was just at the back of the railway station and across from the bus station with just a short walk to the city centre. Our room was large with a separate toilet and had a bath and a good power shower. The room is very large with a kettle with tea /coffee topped up daily. There is no curtains except blinds which I didn't like. Our room faced building site but we heard no noise. I slept in the single bed which I found uncomfortable it is a small single. The were lots of light switches on the wall on the opposite side of the room but I was unable to switch any on or off from my bed so had to get up to switch on and off, very annoying!! My other friend had the same problem in another room. The lifts were swift and corridors quiet. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The drinks at the bar were inexpensive in the evening. It was good value stay, it was the lighting in the room which was its downfall. .

The room is spacious and comfortable. The toilet and bathroom (shower and bath) is separate on the other side (even not close to) which is only thing I need to adapt. There is microwave and sink which is very convenient for foods reheat. As there is supermarket after the hotel and there are many food stores in the train station, so we can buy various types of food to enjoy slowly at hotel and no worries if they had been cold. The Christmas Market and department store are on the main entrance of train station and this hotel is on the back side, hence, it's very quiet nearby. If you are single traveler, beware of homeless sleepers who are mainly stationed outside the train station on the back side. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I took nightjet from Vienna and arrived earlier at 7am, so need to pay early check in fee which is half of room fee. I had a good time here, Christmas Markets are very impressive and beautiful!

excellent, but rooms needs to re furbished

well we still can't change the weather, but if you r ever looking for a Hotel this Novetel is it THE BESt, their english is excellent, they are very friendly , The only place we stay in , in Hannover soce 2005 .we go about every 4 years , this was our 6 th stay very secure , great price, LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT stayed in many ,Reno & Las Vegas , San Francisco , Berlin, .London ( Marriott's) This is the Best of All
